Exporting Your Leads to Excel and Google Sheets

GMapsScout's Excel export includes 45 data columns and a dedicated pipeline stats sheet. Here's everything that comes with it and how to use it.

Once you've scraped and enriched your leads, getting them into a spreadsheet is the last step before outreach. GMapsScout makes this a one-click operation.

What's included in the export

The Excel export (Basic and Pro plans) includes all 45 data columns across two sheets:

Sheet 1: Leads Every lead with full data: business info, contact details, enrichment data, scores, website health, social profiles, and your custom pipeline status and notes.

Sheet 2: Pipeline Stats An automatically generated summary showing how many leads are in each status (New, Contacted, Interested, Closed, Not Interested), plus enrichment coverage stats and average Pain Score.

Column categories - Business info: name, phone, address, city, state, ZIP - Google data: rating, review count, category, Maps link - Enrichment: owner name, email, socials, business hours - Website health: platform, contact form, mobile-friendly, copyright year - Scores: Pain Score, GBP Completeness, lead temperature - Pipeline: status, notes, Do Not Contact flag

Using with Google Sheets Open Excel and use File > Import, or use the Pro plan's direct Google Sheets sync to push leads straight into a connected sheet without downloading anything.
