Finding local business leads used to mean manually copying data from Google Maps one listing at a time. GMapsScout eliminates that completely.
Step 1: Install the extension
Download the extension from gmapsscout.com/download, unzip it, then load it in Chrome via chrome://extensions with Developer mode turned on. It takes about two minutes and there is no credit card involved.
Step 2: Run a Google Maps search
Open Google Maps and search for your target niche — "plumbers in Austin", "dentists near Chicago", "HVAC companies in Miami". Any search works.
Step 3: Click Scrape
Click the GMapsScout icon in your toolbar and hit Scrape. Within seconds you'll have all visible listings captured: business name, phone number, address, star rating, review count, category, website URL, and a direct Google Maps link.
Step 4: Repeat across pages
Use the auto-scroll feature to capture additional pages of results, or switch to radius-based mode to automatically scan an entire metro area.
The result: a clean lead list ready for enrichment, scoring, and outreach — all without touching a spreadsheet manually.
